On each product page there is a clickable size chart for more information. South African shoe size uses the same shoe sizes as the UK does. So if you are wearing a UK size 8 shoe then your SA size should be size 8 too.

Deliveries are at a standard Rate of R65 on all orders. If orders placed are over R850, delivery fee is Free.

We try to be as quick as possible. Please allow between 2 and 7 business days dependent on region

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your returned merchandise and refund the invoiced amount including the delivery costs (if applicable) to the card number on which the goods were purchased within 30 days of delivery.

Products purchased through www.converse.co.za can only be returned via our platform. No returns will be accepted at our physical store for any E-commerce purchases. For the returns process, please see our return policy

Each product comes with a 30 day guarantee (Excluding sleepwear, Swimwear and Underwear). If you are unhappy or have ordered the incorrect size, we will gladly exchange the item if item is returned undamaged and in original order.
