Here’s how it works:
PayJustNow allows you to pay for your purchase over 3 equal, zero interest instalments. You’ll pay one instalment at the time of purchase, the next at the beginning of the following month and the last one a month thereafter.

We want to make sure that you’re happy with your items, so we will gladly provide an exchange, online store credit or refund your item(s) if you change your mind.
Due to the volume of orders during busy periods, delays of 3-5 business days upon receiving your return can be expected. Rest assured, once it has been processed, you will be notified via a confirmation email.
- Item(s) unworn in original packaging and in resellable condition.
- Item(s) unwashed/unaltered and with original tags.
- Lastly, we just ask that the items are returned and received within 30 days of your original order date.

Although we aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality, if you believe you have received a faulty/incorrect item, please contact us so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Please note that we’ll need a photo or two showing the fault, which will speed up the returns process for you.
Log a return for an item. Once we receive the item back, we will process an exchange. Please note: This is stock dependant. If not stock is available on your exchange, a refund will be provided
When returning your items, you can choose to receive a store credit instead of a refund. We’ll also send you an email as soon as your store credit is ready to be used. You can select to use your store credit under the payment tab in the checkout. To check your balance at any time, simply log into your Converse account and click on Store Credit. Note: Store credit is availabel to be used online only and not at any of our retail brick and morter stores.
